ten days
so we’ve been here ten days already & what a ten days it’s been. we have a lot to look forward to, but before we look there let’s look back at the top 10 greatest moments of our move.
1. drive by shooting of st. louis arch
2. rox snuck a bite of jes' hotdog
3. kansas city royals baseball game
4. beating josh & kar across kansas in the truck
5. visiting the stokes
6. driving through the rockies (jes’ first time)
7. utah “mini” grand canyon
8. vegas
9. breakdown
10. driving into la
matt & mel are incredible! we love staying with them--we are so grateful! mel is super hospitable & matt can make anyone feel welcome & completely comfortable—you guys are the coolest.
a day in the life: we wake up to a view of the ocean, work on job stuff, life stuff (changing addresses, getting our licenses…) search goodwill & salvo for ebay items, in the late afternoon we take long bike rides along the strip by the ocean, and we enjoy dinners with the barlows at home or at local eateries. it’s like a dream! but it’s not we actually live here! and if we get jobs we can stay!

*I finally got into the anthropologie at cherry creek today, hopefully I will hear something next week, until then I have started my training at the container store...one more step taken to secure where we want to be living!
hey from indiana! we made it safe and sound...hope you guys are doing well. Thanks so much for being such awesome housemates, and being so easy to live with! Im sure you guys are having an awesome time with josh and kari...thanks for holdin down the fort while we are gone! See ya soon!
