where have you been?

seriously, some of you come to this blog and find a month gap between each journal entry and you are like, "what is wrong with you slackers in marion?". maybe that is your answer. marion. maybe those who live in marion struggle to even GET BY let alone keep up on our blog. so all this to say we are hoping to begin working some mad pix into our site and actually keeping up with the bloggin'.

this weekend we are hoping to go to chicago to shop, hang, and spend time with each other. we got a hotel for like 30 bucks of priceline. I LOVE IT!

our place in this world...

...is about to change! not drastically, but it is going to change. we are moving into a new apartment! it's great-- it's an upstairs, 2BR/1BTH/WASHER & DRYER beautiful place that we just love! we will have pix soon--we aren't in yet! it's wonderful--it's an old house with 3 apts & it has a TON of character! we have room for many friends & family! we like it a lot! we begin moving in tomorrow & monday! yea! another great part is that josh & em stokes moved in to one of the downstairs places! it's great to live so near friends! our bedrooms are bigger, there is tons of storage space & a big kitchen with a beautiful wood floor!! it is very much our style!

we also upgraded to cell phones--verison--along with that we are killing our land line, so if you are going to try & call you won't get through there. we'll e-mail you with our new numbers!:)

at cwc justin has taken on full time worship arts leadership & jes is communications director. we are looking forward to this year--iwu is back in business & it is full speed ahead! students are everywhere--we love it! jes gets the back-to-school bug & she isn't even in school! tonight we are going to an iwu soccer game with josh l.-- he's so cool.
